Mike + Ruthy (of The Mammals) at the New Revival Coffeehouse
Mike Merenda and Ruthy Unger are Hudson Valley based songwriters who have made waves in the Americana world and beyond. In 2018 they reformed their seminal stringband The Mammals and released the self-produced, Sunshiner, which Tape-Op magazine called "some of the best folk-rock music you will ever hear." These two believe in the transformative power of a great live performance. Touring upwards of a 100 shows a year (with their two kids in tow), Mike + Ruthy also produce a bi-annual folk festival called The Hoot which the late Pete Seeger called "one of the best song gatherings I've seen in all my 94 years."
The New Revival Coffeehouse is at First Parish Church of Stow and Acton, 353 Great Road, Stow MA 01775.
Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30. Tickets are $17 in advance and $20 at the door.
