Yoga Wednesdays, 7:30-8:30am
Connects breath to movement. Classes are intended to develop strength, flexibility and suppleness whilst balancing the body and mind.
Class level: Participants should be comfortable and confident (or happy to play) with sun salutations, balancing postures, arm balances and inversions.
Spring Term Start: Monday 14 January Half Term: Saturday 16th - Sunday 24th February (inclusive) End: Saturday 6/Sunday 7 April
Please note, 7 - 11 January will be a taster week, with all morning fitness classes running free of charge! Why not try out all our classses before picking your favourite to attend when term starts.
