Meet Chicago-based Chocolatier Uzma Sharif from Chocolat Uzma Sharif. She will be explaining the ins & outs of exotic chocolate making, along with a guided truffle-making class and of course, chocolate tasting! Each student will take home a variety of hand-crafted truffles.
