Cedarbrook Lodge's Summer Jazz on the Lawn Concert Series
Cedarbrook Lodge, an award-winning destiantion announces the return of thier Friday evening summer concert series.

The lineup for the Jazz on the Lawn series includes:

July 12:
The Kora Band: West African Jazz

Featuring a compilation of original and West African tunes, the Kora Band is known for blending jazz with the 21-string African harp, the kora.

July 26:
Sweeter Than The Day: Modern Jazz

The piano-based quartet including guitar, bass and drums performs modern jazz tunes filled with creative melodic lines and chord progressions.

August 9:
Gail Pettis: Jazz Vocalist

A local favorite on the jazz scene, Gail Pettis performs original vocal solos complete with audience interaction and accompaniments of a jazz trio.

August 23:
Susan Pascal's Brazil Project: Jazz Vibraphonist

Full of rich, rhythmic sounds of Brazilian music, Susan Pascal's latest project will delight concert goers as she performs jazz on the vibraphone.


Each Jazz on the Lawn concert will take place, weather permitting on Cedarbrook's Evergreen Lawn from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. In addition to the musical entertainment, a selection of small plates, local wines and beers will be available from Copperleaf Restaurant's cash bar.
