Music @ Engine: Mike Effenberger Group
Effenberger's Dover, NH-based jazz ensemble will be playing the music of composer / trumpeter Kenny Wheeler on Sunday 4/21 at 1pm. The band also does a variety of new standards (Radiohead, Smashing Pumpkins, Soundgarden, Jefferson Airplane, etc.) from a semi-jazz perspective. Personnel includes some of the best folks from the seacoast, including vocalist Taylor O'Donnell, trumpeter Zach Lange, bassist Rob Gerry, drummer Brett Gallo, and saxophonist Nick Mainella. A good time guaranteed.
