Forbidden Root October Beer Dinner, Vegetarian Edition (Tuesday Night)

Forbidden Root is a craft brewery & restaurant dedicated to the pursuit of flavor. By exploring the rich world of ingredients, the people of Forbidden Root create beer and food experiences that are as surprising as they are delicious. Every month, the team at Forbidden Root showcase a mastery of flavor and creativity at this intimate pairing dinner.

This month, by popular demand, our monthly beer dinner will be 100% vegetarian. Through our five beer, five course prix fixe menu we will highlight our locally sourced seasonal produce. Night one sold out very quickly, so we decided to open a second night!

In addition, we are excited to highlight our partnership with Green City Market. Through their programs and outreach, Green City Market provides a marketplace for purchasing sustainably grown food and connects farmers and local producers directly to chefs and the greater Chicago community. We are a proud supporter of their efforts, both through our merchandise sales and through our farm partnerships, and are excited to incorporate their mission and philosophy in our monthly dinner.
