Mimi Barash Coppersmith is a first generation Penn State alumna who engaged in a lifetime of entrepreneurial practice both in business and in community service.
She was Penn State's first female Chair of the Board of Trustees.
In 2018 she released her memoir, "Eat First, Cry Later", sharing the life lessons learned.
