"The Alaska Suite" fundraiser for the Alaska Wilderness League at Seattle Unity

"The Alaska Suite," composed by noted local musician Nelda Swiggett, will be presented by her Quintet as a fundraiser for the Alaska Wilderness League. This multi-media event showcases original chamber jazz along with stunning images of Alaska and other wild places, and spoken word. While wild beauty will be poignantly celebrated, acknowledgement of the devastation of climate change will not be hidden. A stirring evening not to be missed.

Donations will be requested to support the Alaska Wilderness League - a nonprofit working tirelessly to protect the Arctic Wildlife Refuge from drilling and the Tongass National Forest from clearcutting, among other projects.
