EnsembleNYC - Brahms Requiem
EnsembleNYC is a newly organized choral group whose vision is to bring hope to the people of New York City by offering choral concerts that are a place of respite and encouragement. We are also committed to giving a minimum of 10% of our ticket proceeds to other charitable organizations. The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention will be the recipient of this concert's contribution.
This concert will feature Johannes Brahms' Ein Deutsches Requiem in the 4-hand piano version written by Brahms himself. Vanessa May-lok Lee and Tom Jennings will serve as pianists. Maggie Woolums and Andrew Jurden are the soloists.
The concert will be on Saturday, February 9, at 7:30pm, at W83 Ministry Center in Manhattan (150 W. 83rd Street). Ticket prices are as follows: $20 - Seniors/Students Advance Purchase (Online); $25 - Advance Purchase (Online); $30 at the door (All tickets). You can also give an additional donation if you choose.
EnsembleNYC is a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. All donations to EnsembleNYC are deductible.
