Laboratorium Piesni - Stoke on Trent
Laboratorium Piesni / Song Laboratory are returning to the UK - for 2 dates only - with the premiere of their NEW ALBUM! The band will treat all of you with pure harmonic voices to fill you with energy and love for the rest of the year.
The real New Year celebration will start 4th January 2019!

Laboratorium Pieni (ethno/world/spiritual/mystic folk) is a group of female singers from Poland, created in 2013. Using traditional, polyphonic singing they perform songs from all over the world. They sing a capella as well as with shaman drums and other ethnic instruments (shruti box, kalimba, flute, gong, zaphir and koshi chimes, singing bowls, rattles etc.), creating a new space in a traditional song, adding voice improvisations, inspired by sounds of nature, often intuitive, wild and feminine.
Traditional songs are often brought from their source different regions of Poland, Europe and world, by the members of the group having their unique history and evolving in the course of work. Finally, they are performed in a new form traditional or enriched.

The venue - King's Hall, Stoke.
By Car: There is a large car park which serves the King's Hall immediately adjacent, costing £1 after 3pm.
By Train: The King's Hall is around 8 minutes walk from Stoke on Trent train station. There are a number of trains scheduled to run to Manchester and Birmingham after the show finishes (finishes no later than 9.30pm) Check: https://www.thetrainline.com
