FEATURED FILM:
THE WILD PARROTS OF TELEGRAPH HILL / 2005 / 83 minutes / USA
Of all the films I showed during my tenure at Lynwood Theatre, this endearing documentary is the one people ask to see again on the big screen. This is the true story of a modern-day San Francisco Saint Francis and his remarkable relationship with a flock of wild parrots. Mark Bittner - dharma bum, former street musician and lost soul, falls in with the flock as he searches for meaning in his life, unaware that these wild parrots will bring him everything he needs.
