Champagne and Sparkling Wine
Sparkling wines are often reserved for special celebrations, yet their delicate flavor makes them some of the most versatile wines for everyday enjoyment. Sommelier Brad Owen gives an in-depth lecture and tasting focusing on sparkling wines.
Class is held in the Ahmanson Classroom of the Brody Botanical Center. Visit any admission window for directions to the Botanical Circle for check-in at 4:45 p.m.
