Cooks' Canvas Primal Pig Roast
Join chef Ari Miller and cheesemonger Dana Pellicore for a communal, family-style dinner party. They'll be roasting primal pig parts from Primal Supply, curating cheeses, and preparing local veggies alongside a complementary pairing of the méthode champenoise-style ciders of Metal House Cider from Esopus, New York.
Kimberly Kae and Matt DiFrancesco are the dynamic duo behind Metal House, and we are pleased to announce that one (or both! TBA) will be in attendance to hang out and talk about their work!
NOTE: This event is restaurant industry employees only. To get on the invite list, please send us an email (phillyciderweek@gmail.com) and let us know who you work for and we'll send you the ticketing info as soon as it is available. Ticket price includes admission to the Philly Cider Week party at the Water Ice Warehouse.
