Shamanic Sound Journey at Idler's Rest
oin Jessica Jackson Drollette and Matthew Harden on a deep shamanic sound journey, surrounded by the lush ancient cedar grove at Idler's Ridge, as you explore your inner landscape, learn to more fully stand in your power, and courageously remove old masks of illusion to reveal your true authentic self.
During the sound portion, you will experience a large variety of Tibetan and Japanese singing bowls, didgeridoos, gongs, cymbals, rattles, a giant Siberian drum, chakra tuned chimes and more! Each journey is a new adventure as Jessica and Matthew incorporate shamanic guided meditation. hypnotherapy, and binaural technologies to support deep immersion into whole brain balancing, and deep theta and delta brainwave relaxation.
Please bring anything to help you feel comfortable during the meditation -- enough padding to lay on the forest floor and comfortably melt in to the nature around you.
You are welcome to bring any crystals, amulets, flowers, herbs etc to help build a large group mandala, (you will take home what you add to the mandala at the end, cleansed and charged energetically during the class). optional
Part of this event's proceeds support the wonderful work of Palouse Land Trust, to help keep Idler's Ridge a sanctuary for years to come.
About Jessica Jackson Drollette:
"From birth, Jessica has traveled her own intense healing journey in body, mind and spirit. Through countless experiences and wise teachers, she discovered that the power to heal was found within. Her passion for guiding others through their own journey to wholeness led her to in-depth training in hypnosis, the science of sound healing, shamanism, holy fire karuna reiki, qi gong, neuro-linguistic programming, herbalism, EFT tapping and more. Jessica is a crunchy granola mama striving for a harmonized life. She and her family have lived on the Palouse for over 11 years. She enjoys gallivanting with her partner, Matthew Harden, and her two daughters, traveling to connect with world cultures, communing with nature, and curling up with a good book.
"Jessicas vision is for humanity to embrace unconditional love and compassionate collaboration on a global level. She believes we each are pebbles in the ocean--making our own unique ripples. And when we willingly take the inward journey to heal our wounded shadows, we amplify our frequency and roll our ripples into waves of change--in our homes, communities, and the world."
