What Is Included:
You receive the 2-day course experience, lunch both days, all of the course materials, and registration with Scrum Alliance. After passing a brief exam you are awarded the CERTIFIED SCRUM MASTER ("CSM") credential from Scrum Alliance. Everything you need is here to become competent and confident in the practice of Scrum in your own organization.
Instructor Bio:
Stacia Viscardi has 15 years experience in Scrum. She is an Agile coach, Certified Scrum Trainer, and organizational transformation expert, devoted to creating energized teams that delight their customers.
Stacia gained an early project management understanding as a manufacturing project manager in the early nineties back when TQM was all the rage; she landed in the technology world in 1999 and never looked back. In 2003 she became the sixty-second Certified ScrumMaster (there are now over 300,000!), and founded AgileEvolution in 2006.
She has helped companies such as Cisco Systems, Martha Stewart Living, Primavera, DoubleClick, Google, Razorfish, MyPublisher, Washington Post, and many others find their way to agility. Co-author of the Software Project Manager's Bridge to Agility and author of The Professional ScrumMaster's Handbook, Stacia has taught Agile in 19 countries and is active in the ScrumAlliance as a CST and trusted community advisor. When she is not doing Agile stuff, she can be found in a barn caring for her horse and learning dressage.
A self-proclaimed process nerd, she loves helping teams and organizations discover the Scrum/XP/Lean mash-ups that enables focused, flexible, and fast delivery of products.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this course (hereafter the Event), you are agreeing to all of the following:
Anyone authorized by the event promoter to attend this event is subject to the following conditions of attendance and participation:
You can get a full refund within 12 hours of registering, by contacting BROWNPAPERTICKETS. After that, if you wish to cancel for any reason, you can get a refund equal to 50% of your paid tuition less ticketing fees before the class (we suggest you send another person in your place.) Tickets are transferable; if you cannot make it to the Event you can send a friend in your place. If for any reason you desire a full refund less 20% once the class starts, you the purchaser and you alone may notify the instructor at any time before 1PM on the first day of the class to receive this 80% refund. After 1PM on the first day of the class there are absolutely no refunds. No audio or video recording is permitted. You may take pictures. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this Event, you are explicitly authorizing us to capture pictures, video, and audio recordings of your image and voice and to use these recordings in promotion of our Events. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you are agreeing explicitly to indemnify and hold harmless the following parties from any and all claims, including but not limited to any loss, damage, or legal liability related to attendance: a) the venue provider b) the Event promoters, c) anyone and everyone else even remotely associated with the execution of the Event in any way, whatsoever. The Event promoter reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke admittance to anyone at any time, subject only to refunding within 30 days any dollar price paid for said admittance.
