Assumed Background of Each Student:
This course assumes you have basic knowledge of Scrum and some experience with it. If you are new to Scrum, you can still attend however you do need prepare for this certification Workshop by closely examining the Scrum Guide.

Instructor Bio:
Dan LeFebvre is a Certified Scrum@Scale Trainer and Certified Enterprise Coach(CEC) who works closely with the originator of Scrum and Scrum@Scale, Dr. Jeff Sutherland. With over twenty years in software product development as a developer, manager, director, and coach. He has been applying agile practices to successfully deliver products since 2003.
Dan helps organizations improve quality and productivity. After successfully delivering products in diverse industries, he has developed a strong passion for helping organizations create great products and teams.
Dan spent two years as the internal agile coach for Kronos, Boston-based Software Company, where he coordinated and implemented Scrum in the 700 person engineering organization across all sites including Massachusetts, Atlanta, Chicago, Oregon, Montreal, British Columbia, Belgium and India. This resulted in increased visibility into the development process and a reduction in defects by 60% in 18 months.
Dan holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Boston University. He is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional, and the first Certified Scrum Coach in New England. He is now a Certified Enterprise Coach. He is also certified in Nexus for Scaling Professional Scrum and Agility Health Assessment Facilitator. He has contributed articles to Scrum Alliance and Boston SPIN. He has presented at Scrum Gatherings, agile conferences, and agile user groups around the country.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this course (hereafter the Event), you are agreeing to all of the following:
Anyone authorized by the event promoter to attend this event is subject to the following conditions of attendance and participation:
You can get a full refund within 12 hours of registering, by contacting BROWNPAPERTICKETS. After that, if you wish to cancel for any reason, you can get a refund equal to 50% of your paid tuition less ticketing fees before the class (we suggest you send another person in your place.) Tickets are transferable; if you cannot make it to the Event you can send a friend in your place. If for any reason you desire a full refund less 20% once the class starts, you the purchaser and you alone may notify the instructor at any time before 1PM on the first day of the class to receive this 80% refund. After 1PM on the first day of the class there are absolutely no refunds. No audio or video recording is permitted. You may take pictures. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this Event, you are explicitly authorizing us to capture pictures, video, and audio recordings of your image and voice and to use these recordings in promotion of our Events. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you are agreeing explicitly to indemnify and hold harmless the following parties from any and all claims, including but not limited to any loss, damage, or legal liability related to attendance: a) the venue provider b) the Event promoters, c) anyone and everyone else even remotely associated with the execution of the Event in any way, whatsoever. The Event promoter reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke admittance to anyone at any time, subject only to refunding within 30 days any dollar price paid for said admittance.
