Burnpile Harvest Fest
November 3rd, 2pm - 8pm, VIP only from 2pm - 3pm
In our 5th year, we invite a community of brewers, chefs, winemakers, artists, musicians and all of those who celebrate craft to come, embrace the change in the air and experience the last hurrah before we settle in for our winter's nap.
Every year, at Burnpile Harvest Fest we release a special bottle that speaks to the harvest season. This year, we'll release TWO epic bottles that were made just for Burnpile and are being pre-sold only as part of VIP ticket packages.
Ceremony of Exhumation 2018 Cuvee - 7% - 750ML
Feast From the Slaughter Double Barrel Barleywine - 13% - 500ML
Purchasing any of these tickets gets you discounted entry, guaranteed bottles, and 1-hour head start on entry to the fest at 2pm, and 4 off-topic brewer bottle shares from premier breweries around the country. Package options are as follows:
$60 VIP 2 Package (Includes early entry ticket, off-topic access, branded glassware, 2 beer tokens, & 1 bottle of each release)
$110 VIP 2 + TOUR* (Early entry ticket, off-topic access, branded glassware, 2 beer tokens, 1 bottle of each release & tour of Forestry Camp facility at 12pm on festival day)
$90 VIP 4 Package (Includes early entry ticket, off-topic access, branded glassware, 2 tokens, & 2 bottles of each release)
$140 VIP 4 + TOUR* (Early entry ticket, branded glassware, off-topic access, 2 beer tokens, 2 bottles of each release & tour of Forestry Camp facility at 12pm on festival day)
Pre-Sale Rules:
-All ticket buyers must be 21 years or older.
-The individual who purchased the ticket must be present with a valid ID and print out or mobile confirmation of their ticket.
-Only individuals with a valid ID and a ticket in their name can pick-up their allotment.
-If an individual's name appears on more than two tickets, the additional tickets and bottle sales will be null and void. This rule exists to ensure that no one individual has a monopoly or unfair advantage regarding the number of bottles allotted per person.
- Taxes ARE INCLUDED in the ticket prices. Brown Paper Ticket processing fees ARE NOT INCLUDED.
The Pre-Sale Bottle Pick Up:
Saturday, November 3rd from 2pm-7pm from Burial's Merch Room during the festival.
***Regardless of what time on Nov 3rd you choose to retrieve your bottles you must have a valid ID that MATCHES a/the name on your ticket.
-NO PROXIES. If any individual other than the ticket purchaser attempts to pick up the pre-purchased bottles, those bottles will be forfeited back to Burial Beer Co. The no proxy rule is in place to ensure that as many people as possible have the chance to purchase bottles.
-NO SHIPPING. We cannot under any circumstance ship bottles. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge that you are obligated to pick up your bottles in person.
-NO BOTTLE HOLDING. Burial Beer Co. cannot, under any circumstances, hold pre-sale bottles if the purchaser is not able to attend the fest during the pickup window (2pm-7pm). A refund will be issued to you if you are unable to pick-up.
-REFUNDS. If you are unable to pick up your bottles and inform us prior to the event Burial Beer Co. will issue you a full refund via Brown Paper Tickets. If you request a refund up to one week after the pickup date Burial Beer Co. will issue you a refund for the bottles only (we cannot refund Brown Paper Ticket Fees). After one week, refunds will not be issued.
*Forestry Camp tour arrival will be at 11:30am and will begin by 12pm on 11/3, the day of the fest. It will finish no later than 1:30pm. Tour visitors will be treated to an inside and out viewing of our new production facility, barrelhouse, and bar and restaurant, all of which have been 3 years in the making in the Biltmore Village region of Asheville. Tours will be owner-led excursions through the Burial story, exploring our past and current day offerings, as well as tasting never-yet released beers and diving into our newest, un-disclosed exploration of wine and beer.
-Kids and dogs are welcome to attend. Please note that this is an adult, festival environment and proper supervision is required.
