Mad Tree Brewing / Mr. Zubs dinner pairing
Portion of the proceeds from the sales of the Lift beer, will go to benefit the Countryside Conservancy. Their mission is to bring sustainable farming back to the Cuyahoga Valley National Parks. They help in bringing farmers back into the area, put together several farmers markets (including Highland Sq!), and have a couple charitable programs to ensure those in need have fresh veggies.

PsycHOPathy- Flagship IPA, 6.9% ABV 60 IBU- Clarice Starling Gyro ( Juno McGuff grilled veggies and hummus on pita for veg),
Yes! CubanB - Imperial stout brewed with lactose and molasses with Cuban Espresso added. 9.2% and 36 IBU- Paired with Chocolate Fudge Brownies
