Will Goble Quartet

Without fanfare, Will Goble is steadily carving out a unique space for himself as a bassist and composer. Driven by a genuine love for group interaction and positive exchange with audiences, he supports other musicians and leads his own bands with equal energy and enthusiasm. Hailing from Durham, North Carolina, and a graduate of Florida State University, Will counts bassist Rodney Jordan and world-renowned pianist Marcus Roberts as key mentors. Currently the touring bassist with the Jason Marsalis Vibes Quartet, Will has appeared with numerous other notable artists, including the aforementioned Roberts, Vincent Gardner, Wess Anderson, Eric Reed, Marcus and Joan Belgrave, Marcus Printup, Martin Bejerano, Eric Rasmussen, Mike Kocour, Greg Tardy, Richard Johnson, Fred Wesley, and Stephen Riley, to name a few.
