Fall 2018 Gala Benefit for Nimbus Dance Works' New Arts Center!
Nimbus is developing an Arts Center in Downtown Jersey City! Help make this generational investment in Jersey City arts and culture a reality!
In December 2019, Nimbus will move into a 14,200 square foot facility with 150 seat theater, 2 dance studios, lobby gallery spaces, offices, and storage. With partners Saint Peter's University and Pro Arts Jersey City, the center will convene performance, visual arts, higher education, and the community-based arts excellence that Nimbus is known for. Nimbus 2018 Gala: Take Root, marks the official beginning of Nimbus capital campaign to raise funds for interior construction of the facility. There are many ways to participate in and support this extraordinary new center - join us!
This immersive evening of dance, celebrates the company in excerpts from Nimbus classics and new works. With drinks, light fare, Live & Silent Auction, live music and dancing - Take Root will bring together friends, arts lovers, and business, community and political leaders in support of this important cause.
