Charleston Comedy Scene Presents: The Treshold Stand-Up Comedy Showcase!
If you haven't had the opportunity to witness and experience the hilarity that is Charleston's ever-growing and rapidly expanding stand-up comedy community, now is your chance to explore it in a classy and unique way! Threshold Repertory Theatre will be the venue for the Threshold Stand-Up Comedy Showcase. The show will be hosted by Michael Clayton, one of the mainstays of Charleston's comedy scene, and will feature the comedic stylings of Charleston favorite Vince Fabra, Charleston Comedy Competition finalist Lauren Krass, and the Charleston City Paper's pick for Best Comic in 2012, Jason Groce. Headlining this fantastic lineup will be Dusty Slay, two-time winner of the Charleston Comedy Competition and this years pick for Best Comic by the Charleston City Paper! Doors will open at 7:30, with the show starting at 8:00pm. And to add to this terrific event, the delicious Mediterranean dining establishment Muse will be providing a special-priced menu option for anyone with a ticket to the show beforehand, in addition to drink specials next door for anyone after the show! Its gonna be a fun night for anyone attending so don't miss out!
