UUCB Concerts for a Cause: CINDY KALLET AND GREY LARSEN
Cindy Kallet and Grey Larsen are each well-known and loved for decades of music making. Cindy is a superb singer, guitarist, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Grey is one of Americas finest players of the Irish flute and tin whistle, as well as an accomplished singer and concertina, fiddle, piano and harmonium player. As composers each contributes to the tapestry of contemporary folk and world music as it flourishes in the US today. Together, they weave songs and tunes of vibrant color and rich texture.
Tickets are also available at the church office or Gulf of Maine Books.
Two-thirds of the net proceeds of the 2018-2019 Concerts for a Cause series will be donated to two local charities: The Gathering Place and The Brunswick Teen Center.
