Hawai'i Institute of Pacific Agriculture (HIP Ag) is thrilled to announce the 9th Annual 'Aina Fest on Saturday November 3rd, 2018 from 12-10pm at the Kohala Village HUB Barn & Surrounding Grassy Fields. Join us for a superb line-up of renowned musicians performing on two different stages with non-stop music all day and night!

ACTIVISM: Cultural & Environmental Leaders Forum on Building Resilience & Capacity on Hawai'i Island led by Pua Case, Nahko, Lanakila Manguail, Ruth Aloua, Kai Kealiikeaehale O Kaholokai and Terri Napeahi

AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION: Participate in a Hands-On Permaculture Planting Workshop & Take a Biodynamic Farming Workshop from Agricultural & Cultural Experts. Local organizations working to protect, preserve and enrich our communities will offer additional education at their booths.

HAWAIIAN CULTURE: Traditional Opening Blessing, Hula Performance & Interactive Lei Making, La'au Lapa'au, and Imu Making Workshops

YOGA: Yoga & Meditation Classes taight by Kelly Stern & Noah Giltner accompanied by Live Music by Noelani Love and Paul Izak

KEIKI ZONE: Complimentary Face-Painting, Crafts, Games, and an incredible climbing Jungle Gym! Let your imagination soar!  Keiki aged 12 and under get in free and must be accompanied by an adult.

FOOD: Enjoy Locally Grown & Sourced Healthy Food Options provided by Multiple Vendors including HIP Kitchen, Conscious Culture, Lotus Thai, Off Da Grid, Kava Kafe, Fresh Coconuts and more!

Question: can you purchase tickets at the event?
Answer: Probably, but best to get them in advance as they are selling quickly and we have a maximum capacity this year. Pre-sale tickets are $50 and tickets at the door are $60, so you get a discount if you buy in advance! Mahalo!
