Hi, Mom! Monologues From The Characters of Climate Change
A dark comedic play in development telling the untold (or unheard) stories of the characters of our current climate crisis. This project, created by Laura Delhauer, is bringing multiple playwrights together to write a comedic, monologue-style play which tells the untold stories of the "characters" of today's environmental crisis. From disproportionately impacted low income communities to endangered animals to the supposed villains of this disaster, Hi, Mom! is an attempt to tell the stories that most need to be heard.
This project is in development and due to be complete by Spring 2019. These in-progress performances help the team see what's working, what other characters need to be added and so on. If you are interested in joining the writing team you are encouraged to attend a performance and talk to Laura after the show.
