Austria vs. Italy Blind Tasting & Dinner

Come experience a blind tasting of Austrian Wines vs. Italian wines in a fun casual setting. Austrian Wine Importer Klaus Wittauer will be here to taste you through Austria while Jason Bise of Country Vitner Wines will be here representing Italian wines. Whoever gets all the wines correct will win a gift certificate to Trummer's on Main!

After the Blind Tasting of 8 wines - stay for a 4-course dinner paired to the 8 wines and enjoy them again. Chefs Jon Cropf and Pastry Chef Meagan Tighe have prepared a meal inspired by both cuisines. Each dish will pair to the two wines side by side.

1st course
Chilled Maine lobster | potato rosti | red apple | black truffle | chestnuts

2nd course
