Salad: Salad of local greens with manchego, hazelnut, and cider vinaigrette
1st Course: Handmade delicata squash agnolotti with brown butter and orange peel
2nd Course: Scallops & fried chicken with chanterelle mushroom, potato and kale
Dessert: Apple upside down cake with caramel sauce

Our Guest Chef Dinner Series provides an opportunity for students to work with highly acclaimed industry chefs and are held periodically throughout the school year. These fundraising dinners take place in the Shorewood Culinary Arts classroom and dining room. Money raised at these events fund Culinary Arts education, including the purchase of new kitchen equipment, teaching materials, field trips, student Chef coats and garden supplies.
