Sunday Series: French Riviera

Lure's Sunday communal dinner series continues on September 16: Join us from 5:30 pm to 7 pm for a multi-course menu that celebrates the seafood classics of the French Riviera, highlighting the traditions of Provencal cooking.

$45 nets you this gourmet Provencal meal from Executive Chef Mike Manley plus a cocktail on Midtown's best patio.

Hors d'oeuvres:
Smoked salmon rillette, crudite, toast points

First course:
Pissaladiere - caramelized onion tart, olives, white anchovies

Second course:
Soupe au pistou - local vegetables, basil
Salad nicoise

Third course:
Bouillabaisse - fin fish, mussels, shrimp, saffron, grilled toast, rouille
Pommes frites, garlic aioli
Ratatouille

Dessert course:
Apple tarte tatin - puff pastry, almond cream, roasted apples, creme anglaise
