We are very excited to bring back the Tasting Matrix. This is an interactive event where cheese professionals come together and taste pairings of beer and cheese. We then discuss and white board our discoveries to build on our flavor vocabulary. Goose Island is hosting this matrix and will also teach us about Brewing 101 while touching on aging beer and off flavors.
