Miyasaka Sake Pairing 5 Course Dinner Meal
One of the famous Sake brewer, Miyasaka from Nagano, will come Seattle. We will offer you their sake with our pairing meal. It will come 4 kinds of 2 oz Miyasaka brewery sake and 4 couses meal for each sake plus our dessert at the end. We have limited capacity and tickets available 70 sheeting.
$100 per person including tax and gratuities.
1st, Miyasaka Yawaraka Junmai - Root Vegetables Starter
2nd, Masumi Junmai - Snow Crab and Orange Salad
3rd, Seasonal Sake - Grilled Hamachi with Sweet Miso Vinaigrette
