About Wu Man: Wu Man is recognized as the worlds premier pipa virtuoso and leading ambassador of Chinese music, Wu Man has carved out a career as a soloist, educator, and composer giving her lute-like instrumentwhich has a history of over 2,000 years in Chinaa new role in both traditional and contemporary music. She is also a member of Yo-Yo Mas vibrant Silk Road Ensemble, established to promote multicultural artistic exchange.
