Slow Food Shasta Cascade Members Brunch with Deborah Madison
Slow Food Shasta-Cascade proudly presents Deborah Madison as a guest and speaker at this brunch, in honor of our members. Deborah Madison's book, Local Flavors, just released in paperback, celebrates farmers markets with stories and recipes for seasonal produce. Deborah has been active both in her local Slow Food convivium in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and at the national level through Slow Food USA. Deborah will talk about her experiences with Slow Food and sign Local Flavors, available for purchase at the brunch. Ticket price includes brunch, coffee, juice and sparkling wine.
