Synopsis: An in-depth exploration into the lives of nine astonishing women from all four corners of the globe. In a unique documentary concept, the director has selected these women, ranging from the ages of twelve to eighty three, in order to create a portrait of what could be a metaphor for one woman's ocean life through all her ages.
Filmmaker Bio : Inna Blokhina director, producer and journalist born in a family of hight rank military oficer stationed in Germany, Dresden. Mrs. Blokhina graduated from the University of TV and Radio Journalistic. Upon graduation she was affiliated with major Russian broadcasting TV channels until opening her own Production Company InWaves Production. The first film On the wave was sucsessfuly distributed World Wide by IMG Distribution and received the award Best Russian Film. Most recent project She is the ocean documentary received raving reviews and was highly acclaimed by Maui Film Festival/ Audience Award/, Honolulu Surf Film Festival /Directors Choice Award/.
