SMOKE + STRETCH: Nurturing Roots Edition
Join us for a very special Smoke + Stretch session celebrating and tending to Mother Earth and our inner divine feminine through gardening and yoga! Join us for a morning of getting our hands in the soil followed by an early afternoon meditation and yoga session in the garden :) This workshop will be held at Nurturing Roots Farm and guided meditation and yoga class will be led by Kenya Ku$h and J-Na$ty.
