With a focus on the Cape Breton style, pioneering and award-winning traditional music artist Mairi teaches the bowing, tempo and drive that makes the Scottish Canadian music so compelling. In 1990 Mairi fell in love with step dancing and Cape Breton music and has since played a key role in the reintroduction of step dancing to Scotland.
