INVITING LEADERSHIP: Invitation-Based Change in the New World of Work.
When:  Wednesday SEPTEMBER 26, 2018  6:30-8:30 pm Est
Where: Scrum.org Global HQ  131 Middlesex Turnpike Burlington MA

Rapidly accelerating change, driven by technology, is disrupting the world of work and redefining the game of leadership. Slow-moving, top-down, "command and control" leadership styles are less and less effective with each passing day.
This is especially true with respect to enterprise-wide Agile and digital transformation efforts!

The successful I.T. and business leaders of today sense this. They know employee engagement is essential to Agile transformation success. And they are finding ways to engage the entire workforce. They are focusing the whole enterprise on higher performance.

These leaders are pivoting from delegation to invitation.
The forthcoming book INVITING LEADERSHIP is your tutorial and reference guide for implementing Invitation-Based Change™ in the new world of work.

In this session, we introduce you to this whole idea, and provide you with step-by-step actions, from the book, that you can use tomorrow to improve the results you are getting with your Agile transformation work.

You exit this session with safe and practical leadership tools you can actually use.

This session is especially appropriate for I.T. and business executives who want much higher ROI on the Agile transformation investments they are making.
This session shows you how to lead with authentic invitations to engage your workforce and generate the positive business outcomes that emerge from self-managed teams. INVITING LEADERSHIP shows you how to do more with less.

This session is appropriate for:
Executives who are beginning to question the ROI of that expensive Agile transformation in your company
Coaches who want to provide the best possible guidance to executive sponsors
I.T. leaders who want to know how to do much more with much less
Executives who want to reduce their consulting spend by as much as 70% next year

With the step-by-step guidance found in this session, you will learn how to safely and pragmatically transform your leadership style, and maximize your results:

Greatly increase employee engagement
Improve overall business efficiency with self-managed teams
Attract and retain top talent
Achieve higher scores in every business outcome you are measuring
Help your entire organization become more competitive and adaptive
Scale these business outcomes across the entire enterprise

Everyone exits this session with the new learning, a detailed white paper and some sample pre-release chapters from the forthcoming book INVITING LEADERSHIP: Invitation-Based Change™ in the New World of Work from Daniel Mezick and Mark Sheffield.
