An intimate evening with acclaimed cookbook author Hank Shaw, and Chef Mike Easton The evening includes: A five course dinner prepared by Chef Mike Easton, A pairing of Italian wines, local cider and Amaro A signed copy of Hank Shaw's latest book :Pheasant, Quail, Cottontail.

**As this is a dinner celebrating wild game and pasta, served in the Tuscan style, there will be NO gluten-free, meat-free or dairy-free options provided.
** Il Corvo Pasta is located in Pioneer Square, an area known for limited parking options. We highly recommend a Taxi, Uber, Lyft or ride-share of your choice. (also, there will be lots of wine)
