Aquarela is a trio melds gently swinging Bossa Nova and Brazilian Popular Music (MPB) with a Jazz twist and the percussive energy of Samba.
A world-class guitarist, for 20+ years Kiko Freitas has played the best reviewed venues as well as private engagements across his native Brazil, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Leo Raymundo has been a bassist and bandleader for the past 20 years in the Seattle area, playing everything from jazz, to bossa nova, to surf music.
