Work That Matters -- One-Day Workshop
In this unique mindfulness-based workshop, you will:
* Clarify your Core Intention and discover how to translate it into livelihood * Explore the 6 Keys to Liberation-Based Livelihood, and how to cultivate them in your life * Create your personal action plan for transforming your relationship to work
Maia Duerr, author of "Work That Matters: How to Create a Livelihood That Reflects Your Core Intention" (Parallax Press, 2017) is the workshop leader. A writer, consultant, and coach, Maia draws on her decades of Zen practice and training in anthropology to create powerful tools for integrating mindfulness into the workplace and in clients everyday lives. Through her workshops, online programs, individual coaching, and writing, she has supported people around the world to create work that matters. Maia has an MA in Cultural Anthropology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and currently lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Workshop fee includes handouts as well as a Zoom video call follow-up session with Maia on Sunday evening, December 2, 2018.
Snacks will be provided; please bring a brown bag lunch or plan to eat at one of Northampton's wonderful nearby restaurants. Well have about an hour and 15 minutes for a lunch break.
