The body is an extremely complex network of organs and glands communicating by use of little messengers called hormones. Millions of people suffer from unnecessary fatigue, sleeplessness, weight gain, hot flashes, night sweats, and other symptoms associated with age-related hormonal decline.
This class is designed for those that may have some of those uncomfortable symptoms or those just wanting to learn more about female hormones and the process of perimenopause through menopause.
Heather is very knowledgeable on all things related to hormones, diet, exercise, and nutrition. She will answer questions you may already have or that may come up during her presentation, so please feel free ask those at anytime.
