Kaleidoscope In Concert

The Creative Dance Center's resident modern dance company, Kaleidoscope Dance Company, presents Kaleidoscope in Concert at the Broadway Performance Hall Mother's Day weekend, May 10, 11, and 12. This rich and diverse show features new works by local and nationally recognized choreographers. Premieres by Mary Kay Bisignano-Vadino, Jürg Koch, Timothy Lynch, Anna Mansbridge, Judith Nelson, and Kaleidoscope graduates Sylvie Baldwin and Sara Grendon run the gamut from jazzy, musical theater to lyrical, contemporary dance. Revivals include Baby, Baby by Jim Coleman & Terese Freedman, a humorous look at the relationship between girls and their baby dolls, and Cortical Connections choreographed by the dancers. Kaleidoscope's unique blend of talent, enthusiasm, and soul will delight and captivate audiences of all ages. Kaleidoscope in Concert celebrates the joy of dance with an exceptional balance of youth and professionalism. Kaleidoscope Dance Company is made up of young people ages 7-16.
