Christine Lavin in Concert
Christie Lavin is a singer/songwriter/guitarist/recording artist who has been based in New York City since 1984. She has just released her 23rd solo album and, along the way, has produced 10 compilation CDs.
For four years she hosted "Slipped Disks" on xm satellite radio, playing CDs slipped to her backstage by compatriots. She's also the occasional guest host for the City Folk Sunday Supper on Fordham University's WFUV-FM.
She often hosts eclectic activities as part of her shows. This year she'll be sharing her Downton Abbey-style napkin folding skills with audience members at intermission. She'll bring the napkins, you bring your enthusiasm! (The Dowager Duchess would approve.)
