It can be hard to get back on track after you've been derailed without a helping hand. Thankfully, our Chicago life coaches have all the skills you need to welcome positivity back into your life.
We have over 25 years of practice working with individuals and corporate groups that are suffering from a lack of motivation. Sometimes even the most driven individuals lose their way. Professional athletes have called on us to pull them out of a rut, and we have always been there to answer the challenge and help them through this.
This training will teach you how to move past the roadblock youve hit.
Our experts will cover:
1. Goals If youre feeling out of focus, you are probably also having trouble planning ahead. You will learn the importance of having goals you can work towards. Our workshop will highlight goal-setting and how finishing daily tasks can breed a sense of purpose.
2. Mindset Understanding how much influence your thoughts can have over your actions. Being powerless over your mind can cause serious consequences on your motivation level. You will learn to become self-aware and how to use the power of positive thinking
It is okay to start small, even if you feel like a milestone you have set for yourself isnt impressive. The purpose of this step is to hold yourself accountable for the decisions you make. Our coaches will teach you how sticking to a plan can shape your future.
3. Dealing wit challenges A lot of problems are unavoidable, but your reaction to them is not. The skills you learn will help you address new challenges
And for those of you who cannot attend in person, we will have an online coach available who can work with you to answer any questions you may have.
