Internal Controls for Nonprofits
Most small nonprofits, with small staff sizes, do not think about the possibility of embezzlement, financial wrong-doing, or internal mistakes. However, mistakes and sometimes, intentional wrong-doing, does happen even in small to medium organizations. There are best practices and policies that should be put in place to insure that these types of events do not happen. This seminar will cover the legal, financial and nonprofit policy perspectives of this topic. 2.0 CLE credits for law and legal.
