Patricia Frazier, Chicagos First Youth Poet Laureate Filmmaker, Activist, Chicago and National Youth Poet Laureate, Patricia Frazier uses art to express issues of urgency and celebrate young and black political movement. She appears in the Chicago Magazine, South Side Weekly, New City Lit 50, Vogue, and has been performed with Apple Inc., at the Library of Congress, Federal Hall and more. She is an organizer with Assatas Daughters, a intergenerational, grassroots organization of women and femme identifying folks working to deepen sustain and escalate the Black Lives Matter movement. The Davis-Putter scholar currently studies Cinema Arts and Sciences at Columbia College Chicago.

Mia Park: 2017 ABTCML Alum Mia Park is a multi-disciplinary artist in Chicago. As a yoga teacher, actress, writer, rock musician, producer, and volunteer, Mia believes that with self-awareness, a life of purpose can be led. She is the long-time host of the children's dance show Chic-a-Go-Go and is a recurring character on NBC's Chicago Med.
Marz Timms: 2015 ABTCML Alum Marz Timms performs stand-up comedy all across North America at some of top venues like Zanies, Gotham Comedy Club NYC, The Comedy Store in Hollywood, and world famous Improv. You've probably heard his voice in everyday commercials, cartoons, and video games; most notable as Jax in the popular Mortal Kombat. Marz was the In Arena host for the Chicago Bulls, and currently has a recurring role in the Netflix TV show Easy with Orlando Bloom, Malin Akerman, and Marc Maron.
Nora Flanagan 2014 ABTCML alum and the First ABTCML Winner! Born and raised on Chicago's South Side, Nora Flanagan believes in the Chicago White Sox, Interpretive Grammar and Selective Capitalization. She teaches Experimental Literature and a seminar entitled "Everything I Need to Know, I Learned from Zombie Movies" at Northside College Prep High School. When she isn't seizing academic legitimacy for comic books and preparing young men and women to thrive in a zombie apocalypse, Nora raises two sons with her husband, a Chicago firefighter, and coaches junior roller derby with the Chicago Riots, because more young women need to know how to hip-check. She sports pedagogically sound knuckle tattoos and is not among the droids you are looking for.
