Changing Tides - An afternoon exploring Canoe Journeys: Pulling Together
Join us for storytelling, conversation, and artist demonstrations celebrating and exploring BIMA's current exhibition Canoe Journeys: Pulling Together. This community event welcomes local indigenous leaders, artists, and performers to illuminate the individual experiences and shared traditions of the annual Tribal Canoe Journey. Artists will be in the galleries demonstrating their craft and discussing their work from 1-5 PM. At 2 PM, the auditorium program will feature storytelling, by Barbara Lawrence-Piecuch, and a panel discussion, followed by a reception with light fare.

This ticket reserves you a seat in the Frank Buxton Auditorium for the 2 PM program.
All in-gallery programming is free and open to the public without registration.
