Harvest Woodburning Workshop with Julie Tyslicky
Harvest Woodburning on Gourds
Join artist, Julie Tyslicky, in this fun fall workshop! She will teach you the basics about drawing with a woodburning tool by woodburning on a gourd bowl. You will practice begining techniques of using the tool and some different tip options for drawing/shading before drawing on your gourd. Ways of cleaning and preparing gourds for burning will be discussed in class but not demonstrated. Gourds will already be prepared and ready for students.
All sales are final. Refunds are done on a credit basis. Studio 23/The Arts Center reserves the right to cancel any class with less than 6 participants. In this case, the studio will issue a refund. The refund amount DOES NOT include the convenience fee applied by Brown Paper Tickets.
