The Saint Andrew Chorale and Orchestra opens their 54th Season with three settings of the Magnificat the Song of Mary that has inspired countless composers across the centuries. Johann Sebastian Bachs innovative setting of the Magnificat for chorus, soloists and orchestra will be performed alongside contrasting settings by Antonio Vivaldi, Franz Schubert & Dieterich Buxtehude.
