Carl Palmer's ELP Legacy - Emerson, Lake & Palmer Live On!
Carl Palmer, who was voted by ROLLING STONE as one of the 10 Greatest Drummers of All Time for his work in Emerson Lake & Palmer, is also a founding member of (and still tours with) ASIA. Overall, Palmer has sold over 50 million records.
Since 2001, Carl has fronted a 3 piece power trio: guitar, bass & drums doing the classically-driven rock hits of ELP. He has totally reinvented the music of ELP. If you can imagine, ELP with Steve Vai or Joe Satriani in the band instead of Keith Emerson, you can grasp the power of Carl's new band.
ELP's megahits, including Pictures At An Exhibition, Lucky Man, From the Beginning and Tarkus, helped define Progressive Rock and earned sales of 48 million. Palmer's new band captures all the power of these hits in a hard driving, instrumental performance that's winning raves globally.
Don't miss this fantastic concert, with one of the true Kings of Prog Rock, celebrating the music which defined the genre.
Stay after the concert to meet Carl and the band, purchase their latest CD and DVD releases, plus classic reissues of ELP recordings, and get Carl to autograph them for you.

I know it is a GA show, but there are seats (as opposed to just open space, ie mosh pit) right? |
Answer: |
Yes. There are approximately 200 to 250 real seats in General Admission, plus the Premium area. I'd suggest arriving by 6:30 so that you can select a place to sit an hour before show time. |
