Keepers Membership 2018/2019 Sale
Includes
- Eight 750mL bottles of beer, including at least four membership exclusive bottles.
- An exclusive tasting and tour for each member and one guest.
Additional Benefits Include
- Online bottle purchase option, including some public releases.
- Storage of member goods and online bottle purchases for the current quarter.
- Choice of picking up your beer at the brewery, and/or assignment of a trustee to pick it up for you.
Membership for Keepers is $220, and is non-refundable. The membership commences September 1st, 2018, and concludes August 31st, 2019.
Details
Eight Beers
de Garde will guarantee at least four bottles of beer exclusive to Keepers members, and eight total bottles. Bottle releases will follow a set quarterly release schedule.
Glassware
Each Keeper will have the option to purchase high quality, custom glassware that is exclusive to Keepers, during the first quarter. Glassware may be picked up in the Tasting Room, or stored with other membership goods until the end of the first quarter.
Membership Goods & Bottle Storage
(3 Month Quarter)
Members are offered the convenience of us securely storing their membership bottles and goods for up to three months starting on the release of a membership beer. However, any beers purchased in a quarter must be picked up by the end of that quarter. Please note, we will not release any new beers for purchase the month before a quarter ends.
Example 3 Month Quarter.
September 1st - 2 Allocated Keepers beers released for Quarter 1(deadline to pick up these bottles would be November 30th)
September 10th - 1 Bottle Allocation online sale (deadline to pick up this bottle would be November 30th)
October 8th - 1 Bottle Allocation online sale (deadline to pick up this bottle would be November 30th)
October 22nd - 2 Bottle Allocation sale (deadline to pick up these bottles would be November 30th)
November - No online sales during this month. The deadline for picking up all bottles purchased and allocated for Quarter 1 would be November 30th.

Online Bottle Sales
Members will have the option to purchase a limited number of bottles through our website during a set window of time. All bottles purchased by members may be stored at de Garde from the time of purchase through the end of the that current quarter. Please note, while all Keepers will have access to these allocations, some releases will be limited in quantity. These bottles will also be available in our tasting room.
How To Get Your Beer
Keepers will have two options for retrieving their online orders and membership goods:
Pick Up In Person
Keepers may retrieve orders and goods at the Tasting Room during normal Tasting Room hours with an email notice at least 24 hours prior.
Trustee
Keepers Members may designate a person to pick up their orders and goods in the Tasting Room. A minimum 24 hour notice by email is required. We will also require the name and last four digits of the drivers license or ID number of the person retrieving the goods in the email.
Exclusive Tasting and Tour
Members will be offered a guided tasting of some of our favorite vintage beers and a brewery tour for themselves and one guest. These will consist of a small group tour with other members at our new facility and a private tasting. Members will have the ability to reserve their two spaces once per membership year during set days and times. Specific dates and times will be offered to members with a minimum three months notice for reservations.
Expiration
Enrollment in the Keepers membership is valid through August 31st, 2019. Any membership bottles or purchases not picked up by the end of each set quarter will be forfeited.
Terms Of Membership
An individual is allowed one membership. If a member is found to have multiple memberships, we reserve the right to cancel all memberships purchased by the member without refund.
All beer purchased and/or obtained through your Keepers membership is for your own consumption. We reserve the right to cancel any membership without refund in the event of a member selling beer purchased or received as part of the membership.
We reserve the right to offer all beer, including membership bottles, on draft or by the bottle for consumption in our tasting room.
Refunds will not be offered for forfeited bottles. We also reserve the right to cancel any membership.
