THE PICNIC IS SOLD OUT!!
Our Umpteenth annual picnic is always one of our most anticipated events, and with good reason: Every year we supply an extraordinary beer selection backed up by a seemingly endless feast of ribs, chili, salsa, meats, vegetables, and desserts that are whipped up by our amazing members who enter into hotly contested competitions.
Since our annual picnic is a great day out for our members and their families, we want to ensure that this event continues to be a pleasurable beer and food experience - at a minimal cost - as a thank-you to our members.
Due to capacity limits enforced by the Cook County Forest Preserve, and in an effort to make it possible for more CBS members to attend the picnic, there will be a slight change to how tickets are allocated this year:
- Individual members will be allocated one free ticket and will have the option of purchasing one guest pass for $10.
- Couples memberships will be allocated two free tickets, with the option to purchase two guest passes at $10 each.
ALL GUEST PASSES AND MEMBER TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN THE SAME TRANSACTION
Tickets are required and anyone without a ticket will be turned away. No tickets will be available day-of at the picnic.
NOTE: CBS is providing the venue, beer & beer cups, and paper & plastic products for consuming competition food. All other picnic needs (water, soft drinks for minors, foods for special dietary needs, salsa chips, activities, sunscreen, bug spray, shelters, chairs, cooking and cooling and serving equipment, etc.) are the responsibility of the picnicker.
